Great headset at a good price
I was delighted with my headset. It does a great jopb with skype, and contrary to some reviews I'd read, it also works very well with my voice-recognition software. The flexibilty re choice of USB or mini-jack inputs is a fantastic bonus.I thoroughly recommend this product.

STILL WAITING!
I live in a rural area & USPS dosen't deliver to my home. I have a PO Box @ a USPS office for deliveries. When I attempted to purchase the Plantronics 625 from Amazon's site I couldn't complete the order because PO Boxes aren't an option for this vendor. I called ANTONLINE directly & asked what the problem was & I was told by a Rep that they shipped UPS so a physical address was needed. So I completed my order w/my physical address. I rec'vd an email on 11/12 confirming shipment but with a USPS Priority tracking#. My item was shipped via UPS INNOVATIONS. That's a partnership w/UPS. UPS picks up the package & USPS delivers it. I wasn't told that could be a possibility if I purchased from ANTONLINE otherwise I would have purchased elsewhere. When I called UPS INNOVATIONS DEPT. they couldn't find the item even though they have the ability to track a USPS# online. When they looked under ANTONLINE as a customer they couldn't find them, so ANTONLINE must be their DBA. I called USPS to see if they could intercept & hold the pkg @ my local USPS offc but they couldn't guarantee it, then they couldn't find the package under the track#. I called ANTONLINE to find out where the pkg was shipping from but they didn't have that info. I do 90% of my shopping online & this is the 1st time info on where the pkg was shipped from was unavailabe. I now have to wait for the pkg to be "UNDELIVERABLE", sent back to ANTONLINE, then credited back to my Amazon account. ANTONLINE's CS people need to be more informed about their shipping methods & pkg origination then they can give accurate info. At ANTONLINE Supervisor Nate or Ned told me "sorry, you'll just have to wait for the pckg to be returned then we'll refund u." ANTONLINE had a 94% approval rating 1 reason why I chose them. I use the Plantronics for work so now I'll have to reorder from another vendor & wait to be credited. Had this been a high ticket item my funds would have been tied up. If you have the time to chase your pckg & recv. inaccurate info from their CS Dept. shop at ANTONLINE! The one star rating was for the price.

Great mid-market headset
This is a very good choice for a headset. The audio and mic quality are excellent, the price is right, and it's much more comfortable than it looks.

If you are looking for comfort, this is the one
I have an at home job and am on the phone via my computer all day. I have used headsets in the past that by the end of the day, I have a headache or my ears are sore. I have never had one day with this headset that I don't end they day feeling as good as I started. No sore spots, no headaches, just extreme comfort. If I had to find something to complain about, I would have to say that every so often my customers will sometimes say I am cutting in and out. However, I do not know if this is the headset or the program I am using. It doesn't happen often enough for me to be concerned with it though. Maybe once a month or so. I highly recommend this headset. I even use it sometimes when playing games online while others are trying to watch tv. Great buy!!!
